Our Nurse Assistants provide essential care and support to patients, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and medication management. They play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and well-being individuals, often working in healthcare settings private homes.
Home Accessibility and Adaptation services focus on modifying living spaces to enhance safety and mobility for individuals with disabilities or age-related challenges. This may involve installing grab bars, ramps, and other modifications to create a more accessible environment, allowing individuals to live independently and comfortably in their own homes

FAMILY SUPPORT
Our Non-Institutional Respite Services, provide caregivers with much-needed relief in a comfortable environment.
We also offer Personal Emergency Response Training, equipping individuals with the skills to respond effectively in emergencies.

What is Community Alternatives
Program for Disabled Adults (CAP/DA) ?
Eligibility
The CAP/DA program is for adults with disabilities who are
18 years of age or older, and who are at risk of institutionalization.​
Services offered through CAP
The services are intended for situations where no household member, relative, caregiver, landlord, community, agency, volunteer agency or third party payer is able or willing to meet all medical, psycho-social and functional needs of the beneficiary.
